  • User’s change of mind
  • Incomplete documentation from the user
  • Withdrawal of application by the user

4. Cancellation Policy

Users may choose to discontinue the service at any stage.

  • If no processing or consultancy work has started, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
